One would expect the high court of a state to be composed of jurists.

Instead, in Florida it's a low court stacked with court jesters in the form of marionettes whose strings are pulled by a corrupt political party and its occupants in positions of authority.

I agree. Their bias was obvious everywhere and a joke they be. Never would I have thought that the law meant nothing but with the Dems it is SOP.
