A lever carbine, 16" barrel, tubular magazine, in .50 Action Express. .50AE has a rim identical to that of .44 Magnum, so I'm assuming this can be done. It'd make a nice little thumper, and .50AE doesn't have the extreme pressure of, say, .454 Casull.

Also, a .50 AE semiauto thumper carbine. The military version (I think it'd be good for, say, tankers) would have a folding stock, 12" barrel, and a 20 round box magazine.
 
I think it has a certain appeal, but only if you own a handgun in 50AE.
