Couple of Mag Questions

1- Will non-neutered Glock 23 mags fit and function in a Glock 32?

2- Any input on ProMag 13 round mags for a Sig P228?

1. It's is my understanding that all Glock factory .40/.357 mags are interchangable for 23/32, 22/31, 27/33. Only the caliber designations are different.
Never tried it myself. YMMV

2. I own 2 promags for my P228. OK for range work. Not for carry.
They have worked 100% for me (about 300 rd per mag ) but when I fill the mags, I can tell the springs are not as stiff as my factory 13 rounders, and the followers sometimes bind when loading. I bought them from www.cdnninvestments.com for 12 bucks or so a few months back.
IMO you get what you pay for.

#1. Yes, they will fit and function just fine.

#2. Replace the spring with either a SIG mag spring or Wolff brand springs.
