CorBon single shot in a rifle

The corbon 308 single shot ammo is made to shoot in 14" T/C pistols. it uses a quicker burning powder and a 150 gr. spitzer bullet.
what would be the effect of firing this out of my 17" BBLed rem 600 scout?
will i be looking at diminished accuracy? loss of range? hyperexpansion?
i ask because the hornady ammo seems to expel some unburnt powder which turns its a large flash signature (like Hiroshima) when fired.
