COR BON AMMO & GLOCKS

I have read some info on 9 MM +P ammo 115 GR. JHP manufactured by Cor Bon and it seems like it is some hot ammo. I have never shot any of it and I was just wondering if it would be safe to shoot it in a Glock 26 or other 9 MM'S.

I have shot this load in 4 different Glocks, incl the 26, as well as every other 9mm I own. IMO its a fine load and has proved itself accurate and safe.

Yea it's safe to shoot, but I have found, on more than one occasion their ammo to be unreliable, so I stick with the factory stuff like Federal, Remington, etc. Best.

I suggest you head over to glocktalk and read the post's in the Ammo Section.

CorBon post's there quite a bit and his ammunition is rated as in the top 4 for use in defensive glock pistols.

PROUD TO BE CANADIAN

My carry gun/ammo combo since 1993 has been a Glock 19 loaded with 115 grain CorBons. You are not going to damage, in any way, a Glock with this load. Shoot to your heart's content. :)

A Glock employee told me "Glocks and CORBON go together like beer and pretzels" I think he's right but what the heck, we're both prejudiced witnesses.
I will say this though: Glocks are our standard test pistols in 9MM, 10MM, 40, 45ACP, and 357SIG. They are shot all the time, cleaned once a year if they're lucky, and they never quit. Broke the slide lock on the 9MM once and it still went bangbangbang. The Glock pistol is guaranteed with factory ammunition and we are an ammunition factory loading all the ammunition applicable to Glocks to SAAMI specifications. If you can wear out a Glock from shooting I'd like to hear about it and see the pistol. TM

All my carry ammo is CORBON.No matter the gun or calibre it's always CORBON when my life may be on the line.I have never had a CORBON round fail to fire in any of my handguns. Can't say as much for some other brands.Good thing the duds were at the practice range.
