Coolest firearm?

I've seen posts on essential firearms for the collector with some great options. Now I'm wondering what is your opinion of the coolest (non-NFA available in free states) weapon? Do you like; tricked out ARs, AKs, precision long range, 1911s, polymers, large bore revolvers, black powder, O/U shottys, pumps, relics........ What floats your boat?

well lets see.
coolest I've owned is a 1903A4 sniper.
coolest handgun I would love to have is a limcat razorcat 2011.
coolest rifle I want is a type 97 arisaka sniper or a type 99 paratrooper, I'd be happy with either.
coolest shotgun, and I was not too partial when I bought it but a mossberg 535 camo dipped, 3 1/2 chamber and M4 stock.
coolest AR platform would be a seekins precision CBR.

Called The Hummingbird, it is perfectly balanced, exquisitely engraved and flawlessly executed

ASP 9x19mm, Double Arsenal .45acp 2011....

My first listing is the top rated & ultra cool ASP 9mm pistol designed by Paris Theodore.
The ASP only had a run of approx 439 pistols total. Theodore modified S&W Model 39 pistols & they were in use by special agents/covert ops.
Even 007/James Bond packed a ASP 9mm sidearm in the 1980s/1990s novels.

Big ups also go to Tim Serbu's Super Shorty 12ga pump shotgun. www.SerbuFirearms.com
Also the slick Double Arsenal .45acp pistol. If you haven't seen a Double Arsenal pistol, watch the demo video on Youtube. ;)
They aren't cheap but you'll be a cool customer on the gun range with one of these firearms.

A semi-auto revolver! Coolness! I'm a fan of C&R and would love to have one of the old Japanese rifles. I have an NSKK dagger that'd go great with that broomhandle too! That Serbu is a Lupara on steroids!

See, this is why I put up this post.....gun ****.:)

The Solothurn. Because 20mm.

Also because it's no longer a gun it's a piece of machinery and it's incredibly fascinating to me that humans are capable of manufacturing a device that can harness a powerful explosion behind a piece of metal to facilitate violent forward movement and yet control it with the finesse and ease that rifles such as the Solothurn accomplish to hit targets with incredible energy and accuracy.

I always thought the idea of caseless ammo/electronic ignition for firearms was pretty cool. The Voere VEC 91 and the Remington 700 Etronix were probably the biggest ones I had ever heard about.

The newest cool thing I've seen out there is the Tracking Point weapon system.

Russian "Hacksaw" .22 Rimfire Rapid-Fire Match Pistol

This Russian pistol used in International Rapid Fire Matches is the "coolest" firearm to me. It's design put the recoil axis directly in line with the shooter's fore arm so minimal jump form recoil of the .22 short ammo used would allow him to get back on target quicker. In the 4-second 5-shot strings at 25 meters' target with high scoring rings the size of a small hand, that was important.

Note the clip was inserted from the top down into the pistol. And the sighting plane was on those standards high enough so the shooter could see them just barely above his hand holding the pistol.

A toss up between the M-1928A1 Thompson and the M-1918 BAR.

The variant of the Thompson listed in my favorite because, as impractible as they were the drum mag is nifty and the Cutts Compensator was pretty dang good. That variant makes me think of guys like Hammering Hank Elrod, Manila John Basilone and Audie Murphy and the fictional Earl Lee Swagger closing with and destroying the various forces of facisim.

And the -1918 BAR, the intial version that saw limited WWI service, is pretty cool in of itself.

I don't have a truly cool gun,,,

The closest thing to cool that I own,,,
Is a Beretta NEOS Carbine.

Now that I have a true optical scope on it,,,
The little thing is extremely accurate.

Im sympathetic to the old 1886 Winnie in .45-70, with the 26" full oct barrel and tube. 10 rounds of heavy lead just seems like youre unstoppable! lol
