Converting SIG P230 to DAO?

Have a very nice SIG P230SL that has a really smooth double-action trigger.
It's so smooth in fact, that the single-action and de-cocker features seem un-necessary.

How hard would it be to convert it to double-action-ONLY?

Might be a longshot, but your best bet might be to start by contacting Sig to see if they could do it or, point you in the direction of a reputable custom shop. I was in a similar situation with my CZ P-07 Duty, and for a little over a year now it has been DAO compliments of CZ Custom.

The P230/232 was sold as a DAO by Sig. It's possible you could order the original parts to accomplish this or at least learn the parts numbers from Sig. I doubt it was a very popular option but it's worth a shot.

Sig no longer supports the P230 so you will have to look in the secondary market for DAO parts. Places like Numerich, Jack First and Ebay would be where I would look.
