What would be a resonable price to pay for a muzzle brake instalation on a contender bull barrel. Thanks in advance for your reply

Not a real answer to your question but.............was out at the range checking the sights ( Our big game season ends Sunday so to keep chasing hoge we have to go to shotguns or pistols here in Florida on state WMAs. ) on mine, a stainless with a 14 inch barrel in .44 mag. I don't have a muzzle brake but it is Mag-N-Ported. Doing that seemed to me to make a big difference. In some of the more powerful rounds I don't know how it would work but worked for mine.
