Considering installing night sights on my 92FS INOX.

I am considering installing night sights on my Beretta 92FS Inox. I have two questions.

1. How would the front sight be installed? It appears that the standard front sight is actually the same chunk of stainless as is the slide itself. If this is correct, how would the front sight be removed/installed?

2. What brand makes the best affordable night sights?

AFAIK you have to send your slide in so they can install the front sight. I think they drill a hole in the front sight and glue the tritium insert into the hole.
 
Mill off the front sight. Mill a dovetail into the top of the slide, and install a dovetailed from sight with insert. This is the way the ELITE's come from the factory.
