"Perhaps as many as 300,000 Connecticut gun owners are fighting unpopular anti-2nd Amendment legislation in the State by simply ignoring a new law which requires all owners of “military-style” rifles to register the firearms with State police. Meanwhile, gun-grabbers in the State are aghast that hundreds of thousands of residents would rather become Class D felons than abide by un-Constitutional bureaucratic demands."

I am curious about the 300,000 number. Are all 300,000 fighting this by ignoring the rule, or is there 300,000 absent minded people that forgot to register, or is there 300,000 people who does not understand this law applies to them, or? See where I am going here? I doubt we can claim the entire number are fighting against the new rule.
