There's a lot they'll do before confiscation.

Personally, I think it just as likely that they'll do kali-style "non-transferrable registration" where they just collect them when you die.

They would get away with this, and if they were patient it would ensure ultimate victory.

Ever once in awhile, a big bite also with public backing. I also feel, sadly, that the RKBA crowd is clueless on how to fight such.

I think needs on even more levels than the no knock thing a strong citizen response.
Personally if I saw a tank rolling towrds one of my neighbors house Im taking the heads off of whomever's escorting it.
If enough of the gestapo carrying out these little raids dissappear in enough numbers theyll simply send in larger forces till we realize the government is warring against its own people who dare exercise their constitutiona rights.
So how do they get away with this they do it state by state and just one group of gunowners at a time like those with those terrible 'asault weapons' but just one at a time the SKS's this week and the ar-15's next month.
One sloppy gunowner as Ive said before can take out two ATF agents and injure a hoard more by forgetting to pick up those marbles
etc.
Multiply that by several million gunowners that do have guts ,how many ATF agents do you have.
Thats why they make certain we have situations like we did on the other thread involving your local LEO's and armed citiznes to make armed citizens appear as a hazard to the most basic of law enforcement duties and community 'protection'.
