Condoleeza Rice & RKBA

I've heard that future Bush Cabinet member Condoleeza Rice is very pro-RKBA, but I can't find any record of this. Could someone please steer me in the right direction, i.e. articles, speeches, etc.?

I searched everywhere and read all of the articles concerning Ms. Rice. I could not confirm the statement that she is pro or anti RKBA. I did find her homepage.
