Concerned about exposure to powder & smoke?

After shooting 300 rounds yesterday, I was wondering if anyone else was thinking about breathing in all the fumes from the powder, lead & smoke. I shoot almost every day and wonder what negative effects there are?
Anyone Know?
Thanks,
Mike

Mmmmmmmmmm, love that smell! An indoor range that sucks the air from behind you is good. Other than that I don't know.

Try to shower, and wash your hands and hair well, especially before you eat. Possibly cool water to prevent your pores opening?

How old are you. It takes at least twenty or thirty years for all that stuff to catch up with you. If you are like me you'll be a geezer before the effects finally kick in. By that time you'll probably have too many other aches and pains to worry about the damage done by a little gun smoke.

Good shooting.
