Concealed holster: a review

This holster I'm reporting on can be found @ http://www.action-direct.com/234.htm
for $39.95, s/h included.

The holster goes under your left arm and it _doesn't print_. My S.O.,
who usually notices everything, couldn't figure out why I was wearing a
shirt over a t-shirt - before and during a half-hour walk in the
neghborhood, under intense summer heat.
The whole system is a soft fabric/nylon//??? belt, with a gun pouch on
it, and all fasteners are velcro; there is an additional velcro strip to
go over the gun after it has been inserted into the pouch.
It's ideal for summer carry.
Negatives: 1) the gun can't be pulled out quickly: you have to unbutton
your shirt under which your gun is, reach out under your armpit, unstrip
the protective strip (although you could do these steps beforehand if
you think you might be getting soon into a situation where you'd need a quick access to the gun, and with practice these steps could be condensed
into a small time-delay), and then pull the gun out; 2) most of the guns
won't fit, the pouch is too small; the web-site lists, for Glocks, only
models 26 and 27. I carried 26, and it takes _two_ hands to insert the gun
into the pouch, to widen the elastic entrance so that the trigger guard
can go through, although to pull the gun out with one hand is not a
problem; 3) the support strips, like on suspenders, is difficult to
fasten properly (because they twist easily and you can't know it) unless
one does all the procedures in front of a large mirror.

Thanks for the post. Finally, a concealment holster that I would be interested in.

At the risk of sounding like an advertisement the holster Terri and I offer is very similar to what you describe but without the need for the safety straps and suspenders. They will accomodate any handgun from a NAA mini to a Desert Eagle, have a spare magazine pouch and retail for $30, including shipping.

If anybody would like one of these, I have a practically new one for sale. I just didn't care for the concept myself. Mine is sized for the Glock 26/27 and as the original poster noted - the pouch is a tight fit.
