Concealed Carry vest and/or jacket . . .

I'm looking for a concealed carry vest and/or jacket with some specific features. I want the concealed pocket to be on the left side, up toward the "breast" level and to have a complete enclosure via zipper or velcro. I carry a Sig p238 so the pocket itself doesn't have to be very big. I'm able to find things that are close, but it's the "complete enclosure" part I can't find. Everything I've seen on line so far look like the pocket is in the right place but it's an open pocket.

A tailor can fix you up with whatever you need. Most cleaners have an in house tailor. My old one shut down due to the crime in the area. She was about ready to retire anyway.
