Frankly, we need YOU, any IL resident that is willing to do what they did in Michigan and go the extra mile to get a concealed weapons law passed. Attached is John's daily newsletter. If you are available please RSVP to John and attend. In order to be let in you MUST have a firearm, please transport them legally to the meeting of course.

required for admittance, if you are disabled from carrying a gun due to an
order of protection or some such thing, that requirement is waived. We don't
want anyone breaking the law.
The consensus seems to be we should go to membership with dues of about $10
a year. Any other ideas welcome.
Please pass this info to others. All gun toters welcome. If you are
anti-gun, please feel free to come, but you have to pack a gun when you do.

Off-duty cop tackles gun-toting suspect

Shirley Bullock was brushing snow off her car when the gunman came up.
Pointing a cocked .38-caliber pistol to her head, he told her to get in the
car or he'd kill her. "I said, `God, this guy has a gun!' . . . I fell. I
was screaming out loud on the ground."
From across the parking lot, Michael Kemp, an off-duty Cook County sheriff's
deputy, came running.
"I saw this big guy grab the guy out of the car," Bullock said Thursday. "He
put a gun to his head. . . . Then, he grabbed him and threw him to the
ground.
"This guy was an angel."
Bullock, 44, of Matteson, was amazed to learn the alleged robber, Jarod
Brown, 18, is the son of the ex-manager of the company where she works,
Payday Express in Markham. She was going home from work at about 7 p.m.
Wednesday when she was attacked.
Brown was charged with armed robbery.
Kemp, 48, who works in the Markham courthouse, was picking up dinner at a
Chinese restaurant when he spotted Bullock.
"She yelled, `Help, he's trying to rob me! He has a gun!' " Kemp said. "I
pulled out my weapon and advised him to drop his.
"You don't think about it," he said. "You just react. That could have been
my mother, my wife, my sister."
JOHN: Good thing he was allowed to carry a gun in Chicago, eh? Hope this
"angel" is around when you are next in Chicago getting carjacked because you
won't have a gun.
