Title 8, Sub-Section 1451 which I'm not sure is current, but allows for the revocation of certificates of naturalization if the certificate is obtained fraudulently.

Taking a story from the headlines, could Dzhokhar Tsarnaev have his naturalization revoked, and get sent to Gitmo? If so, could other naturalized citizens have their citizenship revoked for other legal but unpopular activities? For example, collecting a large number of firearms if they don't look the same, act the same, or pray the same? When the quest to welcome the tired, the poor, the huddled masses conflicts with the quest to remove firearms from our society- often but not always contradicting goals for general party platforms- could this be one of the next Red Scares?

The US DOJ has ruled out trial by military tribunal in his case: He will be tried by a federal jury. No Gitmo for him.
