Comparison of guns

(I hope this is in the right forum :)

Can anyone give me some opinions/advice on comparison of two guns I am currently looking into? I would like to know the differences between the Kel-tec P-32 and the NAA .32acp I was about to get an NAA, however now I heard about the kel-tec and wonder if I should get that instead.

I am looking for a small gun, not expensive, reliable, and accurate (small being the key word). These are the two I am most interested in but have heard good and bad about both. I heard the NAA has alot of recoil and practically jumps out of your hands and jams often. I heard someone say their Kel-Tec broke and it was worthless. I am nowhere close to an expert on this so I could really use some advice.

Thank you :)

Definately the NAA

At our shop we have had more than one dissatisfied kel tec owner yet not a single complaint from the 4 or so NAA's we have sold in the past few weeks. I have a NAA that I use as a hey I need a gun today but am too lazy to strap on a holster mag carrier....etc....

Recoil is not as bad as what some have said....my very small wife shoots it just fine, 600+ rounds and no jams yet "knock wood".

Everyone makes a lemon from time to time tho.

I love my KelTec P32.

I have fired about 200 rds so far thru it this no jams or stoppages of any kind.

The accuracy is good for a pistol this small. I have been shooting from 25 feet at man-sized targets, and gets hits every time.

For a gun this small, I think 25 feet is as far as I care if I can hit with it.

I dont know about the NAA guardian, but I do know it is heavier than the Keltec. The Keltec is so light you will never know you are carrying it.

I have heard very good and very bad about the Kel Tec....seems that their customer service is excellant tho and they will get it right if it wasn't to start with.

I have shot only one and it performed flawlessly. Was very accurate Owner had no problems makin head shots at 70 yards and I had no problem dumpin mag out rapid fire and gettin playin card sized groups at 10 yds. Tiny, unltralight and pretty good punch. That particular one has never failed to function since it came out of the box six months ago.

Think you oughtta try real hard to shoot examples of both Sandy, then you better able to choose for you .

toss a coin

own both, like both--but for carry the P32 rules the day at 6 oz unloaded (like you gonna carry it unloaded) plus it's 7+1-use the finger extension and Agrip and away you go.read all about it at:KTOG.ORG--might need a simple F&B out of the box,but it's no big deal.excellent customer service with both keltec and NAA.fiocchi ammo is the way to go also.

Both my friends get jams with their NAA and Keltec. If you want no jams and the added advantage of being able to shoot holes inyour coat pocket why not get a equally light weight S&W 642 or 342 hammerless?

I've carried a KelTec P-32 for about a year now. A great little weapon to drop in your pocket for an afternoon walk/run. The P-32 seemes to like some ammo and doesn't like other ammo, shoot several until you find the one your weapon likes. I like the P-32 better than the NAA, as I've heard much more stories about problems with the NAA. The KelTec is lighter and mine never jams.
Remember these are not long range weapons, actually they are a close range last ditch effert weapon. The cost, weight, concealabilty makes this weapon worth the time. The triggers of both weapons are terrible, don't count on great accuracy past 10 yards. Remember a 32 is not a great stopping weapon.
It really might be worth the time to look at the Titanium revolvers in .32 H&R magnun, .38, .38+P, .357, .44 spec, .45 Colt.
Revolvers are the only true one handed self defence weapon, and they don't jam.
I vote for the KelTec P-32, if its a choice between the P-32, and the NAA
good luck

"small gun, not expensive, reliable, and accurate"

I think if those are the operating conditions that you could choose better guns. Kahr has a good selection, the mini-glocks, Granted they aren't as small and light as the Kel-Tec, but they make a better CCW. If you're just looking for a back up... I've heard better news about the Kel-Tec, than the NAA. Though I'd also tend to recommend the revolvers as skeeter and darkangel have suggested.

The Kel-Tec is lighter and slimmer than the NAA, but it has a sorry trigger pull. I used to own a P32 and I sold it. I had better triggers on cap guns when I was a child. The Guardian is an outstanding little pistol. I you can't afford the Seecamp, the NAA Guardian and the Beretta Tomcat are good alternatives. I would have bought one if I had an extra $150 on hand. But noooooooo! I had to get the P32 because I couldn't wait another month.

On a positive note, shooting the P32 taught me how to be proficient at clearing jambs.

I personally prefer the Beretta Tomcat. It is thicker and heavier but I have never had a problem with mine at all.

I own the Kel-Tec. Mine has proven to be reliable and accurate. I found the sights were right on the money. I only tried one brand of ammo in it, I think it was Winchester. I haven't shot it extensively, maybe 100 rounds but so far so good.
