Commission on Presidential Debate poll

Run by the Harris Poll people. Takes about five minutes.

They ask your input as to what should be in the presidential debates.

On the sixth screen, you may choose up to three topics from Health Care, Foreign Policy and Defense, Domestic Programs and Policies, Government, U.S. Economy, Social Issues.

Domestic Programs and Policies will lead to another set of topics, including Gun Control.

On one page they'll ask your race, as part of the demographics, but I declined.

Near the end they ask you what question you'd like to see asked of the candidates. I put in "Do you consider the 2nd Amendment an individual or collective right and explain why."

It's at: http://survey.harrispollonline.com/j12467.htm

Here is the question I suggested.

The Second Amendment to the Constitution reads "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". Do you believe that this amendment is an individual right and if so, could you please define "Shall not be infringed"?

The debate is not about guns,
but rather who has the ultimate power to rule,
the People or Government.
