Commercial attacks Bob Barr (Ga Rep)

Anyone seen this?

I'm watching the Braves game at the moment and a commercial JUST came on attacking Bob Barr. I didn't catch most of it since I was busy and caught it late.

Anyone else see this??

I just caught it. The ad said Barr voted to put senior citizens out of old nursing homes and onto the streets!

They depend on fear don't they?

Sorry for the delay, a little shut-eye!

The ad was paid for by the roger kahn campaign. It was reported that he is a carpetbagger and was moved in from out of state (South Carolina) to run against Barr.

Kahn operated nursing homes. It whouldn't be too hard to find something uncomplimentary about him!

Anyone (Kahn) that would use fear on our senior citizens for political gain is below contempt and should be, horsewhipped, tarred and feathered and run out of town!

I hope Barr sends this fear mongering communist back to where he came from!


I have now been told that Kahn was in the wholesale liquor business. Perhaps he was involved in both? Anyone with the straight scoop?

Yeah, Kahr was a liquor distributor in Buckhead before he moved to Cobb County and "became a cattle rancher"!

Most of his previous ads were misleading in that they talked liked he was in favor of conservative issues and even called him a conservative but he is a solid Klinton Liberal Democrat.

I'll be on the lookout for his new ad. I wonder how far he'll stretch the truth in this one?

I'm in Johnny Isaacson's District but still support Bob with money each year. Thank God for people like him. He has been made a target and Democratic Resources from the National office have been called in to try and get him because of his role in the impeachment.

Too bad that "I Really Feel Your Pain" Zell Miller is probably a shoo-in for Senator to replace Coverdell. It's just awful that there is no one besides Mattingly to run against him. "Zig Zag Zell" made some very unpopular legislation and decisions during his lame duck years and that could be used to good advantage by a serious conservative candidate.
