Kinda curious to see how this thread goes. I have a Witness Carry comp in 45 acp (all steel) and I'm thinking abut trading it for a Baby Eagle. Nothing wrong with the Witness, it's a great gun. I just like the feel and looks of the Eagle better. The only qualm I have about the Baby Eagle is the polygonal rifling. Read enough warnings about lead ammo and pressure increases in Glocks wich are rifled the same. E-mailed Magnum Reasearch, and their reply was: "The polygonal rifling does foul out faster than the standard land and groove
rifling when shooting lead." But they stopped short of saying don't do it.
