Columbine straw purchase

Good question. Put me on the list that wants to know.

Perhaps it is more to their agenda to blame the so called Gun Show loop hole than to prosecute the law breaker.

Because it is the Policy of the Clinton Regime not to prosectute offenders.

I believe she was exempted from prosecution because she delivered two other people in her testimony.

Because liberals are in a state of interior spiritual sympathy with murderers and other irresponsible, wanton persons. She was interviewed on TV and showed no remorse about what she did. Unfathomable.

Under Colorado law that existed at that time, what she did was legal, or close enough to legal that she couldn't be prosecuted.
Mark Manes, on the other hand, was never prosecuted under federal law, even though he could have been. He was charged and convicted under Colorado law. I called the US Attorney in Boulder after Mane's conviction to ask why he wasn't tried under federal law and was told they thought a state charge was sufficient. Of course, that didn't stop the Clintonistas from using Columbine as a call for more federal laws.

Here is a good quote:

"After a shooting spree, they always want to take
the guns away from the people who didn't do it.
I sure as hell wouldn't want to live in a society where the
only people allowed guns are the police and the military."

-William Burroughs (1914)

Of course further verification of that quote might be nice. Assuming it's authentic, it is great evidence that things really aren't any different now than they were then when it comes to people and panic mongering, despite what the media says...

Very, Very, good question. I live in the Columbine area. If you find out, let me know.

Giving guns to minors is an offense I believe. Along with the other 21,999 or so other laws on the books. My apologies to the offended, but it appears doing a little flashing to the judge helps.

I think if you will do a search of the archives here you will find the answer. This was a hot topic awhile back on tfl. I am relying on a poor memory but I think she made a deal to give information and that's how she got out of it.
