I went to the gun show in Columbia, SC, today. The crowd was magnificent. According to the vendors, most were just "kicking the tires" today rather than buying. A few revolvers that piqued my interest:
3" S&W Model 65 -- $350
4" S&W Model 34 -- two at $385 each
4" S&W Model 63 -- $400
4" S&W Model 66 -- $325
All but the 66 were a bit high for me, although fair for the condition.
I took a PC 657 Light Hunter and a Mauser 98/22 for trading barter, but the place was so crowded that I never even got them back out of the car. I ended up with no guns but with a sack of ammunition for my 7.7mm Jap. Altogether, however, a good show and a good place to spend a rainy day.
