Colt Values ???

My neighbor was looking to rid himself of a Trooper MKIII .357 that was a weak 90%...Offered him 25.00 over book price and he put me on hold. He took it to a local "chain" sporting goods outfit and they bought it for 100% book plus 15.00 the way I figure it.....Are Colts that hot an item right now?

I thought the colt prices were going to go up too, but when I tried to sell a trooper mk.3 recently, The shop I was wanting to trade with showed me the book value and it wasn't what I thought it would be.Their book showed $200.00 @ 90% . I left with my Trooper.
