Does any one know about this scope? Colt tactical 3-9x40 duplex reticle Variable scope. Was thinking about putting this on my Beowulf .50 AR as a throw around scope for around 50-60 yd shots for pig. The scope also comes with a set of Tactical high rings. Any info on the scope?

i have two 4X20 Colt scopes, but please DO NOT mount it on a .50 Beo., i had one on my .499LWR and after about 100 rounds the recoil destroyed it, the little screws that goes into the scope from the base stripped out, i had to tap out the holes (6-32 i think) to the next larger size screw (8-32) there are only 3 maybe 4 threads on each screw into the scope tube.
i bought a cheapie IJK scope
they have a "lifetime warranty", so far it has held up to over 300 rounds fired.
