Colt python price

Well, the prices I've seen (and they aren't good) are around $1,300.

If you shop around you can get a superior older one for about half that.

Besides gunbroker.com check out GunsAmerica at their
website; every now and then you can find an older model
Colt Python reasonable.:) I'm with the Inspector; stay
way away from the Python elite's, as I don't think they
are quite the gun they ought to be? :D

Also check out www.auctionarms.com. I've seen new ones around 1200 bucks.

I've never shot a new one, but I picked up my barely used 6 inch Nickel Python with wood grips made in 1980 for 675. It's gorgeous, and shoots great.

From what I hear, the older ones are just better quality than the newer ones.
