Colt Manufactering Quality vs Colt Defense

Title explains it all. Do I opt for a used Colt Hbar, 20", A3.. or do I shell out the extra 200 for a new RRA 20" national match for iron sight competition shooting? I understand that the only guarantee of accuracy comes from Colt Defense, and also from RRA, but the price tag on the used Hbar is intriguing.

Any personal testimonials on the colt Hbar?

Not sure what you're asking.
If it's "Should I get the Colt or the RRA?", that's up to you. Colt might turn out better.

If it's "Is there any difference in quality between Colt Defense & Colt's Manufacturing?", the answer is that Colt's Manufacturing actually BUYS the ARs from Colt Defense & then markets them through theoretically different non-LE channels.

Colt ARs come from one source- Colt Defense. As such, quality is the same.

Years ago I had a colleague who bought an HBar (before the Ban) for work & had no problems with it. More recently I worked with a new Colt's Manufacturing "civilian" HBar that ran fine.
Colts are now using so-called M-16 bolt carriers, as opposed to the internally cut-out versions they were using for several years.
