Colt LE6940 and Nikon scope

Bought two LE6940s .equiped one (mine) with the on sale,tillMay31st, Nikon M223 AR riflescopescope 2-8x32 Matte NP and free 223 mount. Had them both out in South Dakota last week for the FUN GUN SHOOT. My son and I went to the Buffalo Chip shooting Complex just east of Sturgis on Thurs Jun 2nd ..had the rifle range to ourselves from 10:30 till 3pm..sighted in the scope at 25yds..100yds 200yds. He did well with the iron sights (for now). At the FGS on Sat.the 4th the scope really shined...shots at 50,100and 200yds were dead on ( hit tannerite at 200 yds..fire extinguishers at all distances, but my best was a 6 inch orange praire dog,that I had shot to hell at 100yds,destroyed the holder with Lake City Nato 5.56 62gr green tip then ripped it side ways a 1/2" wide target..This is a hell of a scope for the money

Glad you love your Nikon Scope!

Hard to not have a huge smile on your face when all goes as planned.
Wait till you really start airing it out,talk about a grin from ear to ear!
I'll be doing that next week in Mo. with about 60 other guys who will be getting some hands on experience with all of Nikon's BDC scopes as well as Encore,SlugHunter and the New Bolt XR crossbow scope.
Definitely pictures and videp to follow!
Gotta love blowing stuff up. A buddy said he is sending me some "dragon's breath". He said it looks like a M-80 compared to a regular firecracker. Can't wait!
