colt/glock abandonment?

Just heard a terrible RUMOR. A friend of mine that is the head buyer for a large gun store just said Colt and Glock had reached an agreement in their current lawsuits. Supposedly they agreed to stop selling to the public if they are dropped from these proceedings. He said he saw it in the Wall Street Journal which I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to find on the net.

Anybody confirm or deny?
 
I heard the same rumor. A master dealer and armorer for Glock who is a budy of mine called them. It is just that, a rumor. Sure is helping his sales though...
