Colt getting sued?

Heard a rumor that colt is getting sued by khar arms over the colt pocket nine. Any truth to this?

I can't think of what aspects of Colt Pocket nine would be even close to Kahr designs...not that logic ever stopped lawsuits.

Yes, Khar has(is?) suing Colt. There is a press bulletin about it on Kahr's website: www.kahr.com It seems as though Colt tried to use Moon's off-set feedramp desgin, IIRC. Anyway, it should be there.
