Colt 357 BOA

I ran into a great looks like new COLT 357 BOA in a gun shop yesterday. There were only a few of this model made. Has anyone owned/used a BOA? The price on thsi is $500 in like new condition. What are your thoughts?

There were 600 4" and 600 6" of this model produced in the mid 80's on the Mark V frame. The August 2000 blue book list the price of $525 for 98% condition, $450 in 95%. Based on your description and the blue book, sounds like the price is in line. I'd buy mine more to put away than shoot since I already have a Python, but I would probably buy the gun, especially if a box were included.

However, I may be partial since I am a Colt SnakeLover!!:)
