Colt 1917 & S&W 1917; are any parts interchangable?

I have a Colt 1917 Army and I am having a hard time finding original wood grips and lanyard ring for it at a decent price. But, I have seen these parts for the S&W 1917. Can these parts be interchanged?

To the best of my knowledge, no.

I think the Colt 1917 is basically the New Service model, you might try to look under that model designation for the grips.

the colt 1917 is the same frame as the new service, so grips should interchange

I own both of them and they are entirely different guns. As previously stated the moon clips and possibly the lanyard ring.
