Hello,:) please,
1°: has it one or several possibilities there of reducing the "wind" between the barrel and the cylinder ?
2°:What the keg for 1860 is the required légal distance between the barrel and the cylinder use in the army of the USA ?
thank you for your answer

If there's excess barrel cylinder gap (wind ?), I would suspect that either the arbor/stud that the cylinder rides on is pulling out of the frame, or the arbor slot (that the barrel wedge slides through) has elongated through pounding - both usually occurring from a lot of heavy shooting.

Since original Colt 1860 Army's are a fairly valuable collectible, I'd recommend putting it away and buying a modern clone for shooting, instead of getting into repairing/modifying an original.
