Using a muzzleloader for elk, if I get such a tag, is it legal to USE a Savage 10ML, which is a smokeless powder muzzleloader, *provided* that I actually use black powder, not smokeless powder, in it? I assume this is ok, but want to be doubly sure before I shell out for the 10ML, since I'm gonna try for Colo. tags.
