I will give you a bump to the top. We have a thing here in Indiana. There is an outdoor range and the people can't shoot on sundays b/c the neighbors complain of the noise. The range has been there for almost 50 years, and the neighbors haven't. You would think that people would know about it before moving there.
Who the hell decides to build a house right next to an airport or railroad track without knowing about it first. The way the laws are going in this country, it looks like we are out to protect the dumb and stupid.
The indoor range I go to is in an industrial park where loud noise is the norm!

"We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force."
--Ayn Rand, in "The Nature of Government"
