It's still technically summer, but looking ahead I dread the coming cold weather. Do you guys know a of a good pair of gloves that keep your hands warm while allowing dexterity for gun use.
Here is some glove advice from a DFW resident. I find that the thin leather palm/thicker fabric back work gloves with the chemical hand warmers inserted on the back of each hand do better than thick insulated gloves. Dexterity is not bad. I can load a magazine without taking my gloves off. We really don't get much glove weather here.
I took apart a pair of insulated gloves at the tip of the trigger finger. Removed the insulation there and sewed it up. I could then feel the two pound trigger easily and safely.
