Sept. 7, 2000 - A Colorado Springs woman was not supposed to possess weapons while on parole - much less pose nude with them.
Authorities raided an Arapahoe County home Wednesday afternoon looking for evidence of such a parole violation by Katica Crippen, 33, who is in federal custody.
The raid was spurred by nude pictures posted on the Internet of the woman allegedly holding guns.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department assisted the Colorado Springs police and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms as they executed a search warrant at the home of Crippen's boyfriend, Hans Eckelman, according to a statement from the sheriff's department.
Authorities located three rifles, seven handguns, a large amount of ammunition, and a "large quantity of porn pictures of Ms. Crippen," in Eckelman's residence on South Poplar Way, according to the statement.
"Mr. Eckelman takes photos of Ms. Crippen and puts her photo on numerous Web porn sites," said the statement. "The photos appeared to be taken both inside the apartment and on the third floor outside balcony."
Eckelman, contacted at his home late Wednesday, confirmed that his home was raided and said it is unclear to him if he might also be arrested.
