CNN shows Gore up 1189

I really hate CNN.
How can a recount show 1189 more in favor of Gore?
Where are those Military Votes?

That's just the votes added. Bush got some 400 extra and the games still on!

Looking at the county-by-county Florida recount results so far, Gore has gained votes in a lot more counties than Bush. This, to me, seems odd. I'd have expected the errors to be about evenly distributed, not so skewed in Gore's favor.
