CNC & WATER-JET programs

Since we've started fabricating our own lower and upper receivers based on the measurements of the mil spec AR's and AK's including the components. And after averaging only one complete assembly every 18 hours of operation and parts still not consistent we now believe its a programming problem. Does anyone have any software for the Daewoo 5 Axis 2.1 that has proved consistent? At least regarding the integration of the trigger assemblies of the mil-spec AR's?

Any help would be very appreciated! Also are there any websites that has AR barrels for sale that are not out of stock or on back order?

AR Barrel Blanks

The blanks that we had from Beaver Creek required machining of all exterior contours, chambering, gas porting and threading and still cost over $80 each. We thought at that price we could shop around, but found even 1 in 9 twist on back order. The Machine Shop was originally set up for automotive and has been converted. It's been a struggle and very expensive.

Do you have any AR Barrel Blanks for sale?

We use GibbsCAM on our Mazak and fanuc based machines up to 4-axis. I think your issue is more with process and cutting speeds/tooling than with software.
