Fairly new to the forum but I've seen a lot of good information and it seems like a great community of good folks.
Here's my project that I've been working on. Any feedback would be great!
So far, I only make one for the Ruger 10/22 but as soon as I get some bigger, better, faster equipment, I'll be expanding my lines and probably do one for the Ruger Mini-14, Ruger Mini Thirty, etc. My next one is going to be for the Remington 700 bolt action.

Installation

Thanks for the question. I ship the stock assembled 'cause I figured it is easier to remember how it goes back together if you've taken it apart.
Basically, only a set of American Allen wrenches and a screw driver are required. You pull the upper portion of the stock off and the rear plastic 2-piece butt assembly off and then remove the "trigger pull plate". Your barreled receiver then drops right into the lower stock and attaches using your factory takedown screw. You re-install the trigger pull plate and adjust the set screw so that it comes in contact with your factory trigger (zero added takeup). Re-install the butt assembly. Put the top back on and snug up the 6 bolts and you are ready to shoot.
There is no gunsmithing necessary and anyone with a basic familiarity with nuts, bolts and wrenches should have no problem.

It looks awesome. What does that stock weigh? Does it only work with the factory pencil barrel or do you also make a version for heavy barrels? How's the trigger after the conversion?

Abso-friggin-lutely awesome... In addition to the previous questions, I must ask, what we would expect in price here? Also, what customization options might be possible if requested?

Don't know if I'm allowed to discuss pricing here, but just to be on the safe side, everything you should need is on my web site:

I have all the options and pricing as well as pictures and testimonials from previous customers for your review.

Feel free to email me with any questionsm anytime. It usually doesn't take me longer than one day to get emails answered.

VERY nice. Do you expect your Remington 700 kit to stay close to the 10/22 price point? Nice stocks, I look forward to seeing your new designs, especially the 700 stuff.
