CMP Paperwork?

I'm preparing to purchase a CMP Garand. They're asking for proof of certain criteria.

Proof of citizenship, age: Driver's license does this? Just a copy of the front side?

CMP-affiliated club membership: I checked their list and my club qualifies. I just send a copy, right?

Competitive shooting participation: For this they just want to know I've handled firearms? Is a copy of my CCL sufficient? Or am I actually supposed to have been in a competition?
 
A copy of your birth certificate covers proof of age and citizenship.
A copy of your CCL and club membership card covers the rest.
You don't have to actually compete in shooting.
 
Drivers License and CCL are proof of residency, not citizenship. Also, I asked once, a voter registration does not count.
