Dux, I have one here but would take days to copy and send on my scanner.....
Basically you loosen the lock screw, push the lens base around where it shoots to POA, lock it down, and then do it again. One screw is left and right, the other is up and down. There is a balance between adjustment and locking it, you move it where it is all good and lock it down to find it moves off when locking it down. A couple rounds of this and you should be all set with 'feel' for how much extra adjustment is needed to compensate for the locks. Both the adjustment and the locks are in plastic, they don't need to be very tight to hold just fine and if you get a little heavy handed you can strip them out.
