Help please! What are the red circles with the red + for? Some have bullet holes posted over them.

If you mean the red circles to the left of a thread title, it means that the thread contains posts that you have not yet read. If there's a bullet hole in the same spot, it means that you have seen all of the posts.

Is that what you're talking about?

Edited to add: Now that I look at it, it could mean that the thread or the forum contains posts that you haven't read.
 
I would guess you are talking about targets that people are posting from range reports? And the bullet holes represent their shooting abilities or perhaps the gun's? :confused:
