Clean Checks?

So, if I was going to cut 7 checks to supreme court justices agains my campaign contribution accout, how would I do so and keep the "probing questions" to a minimum?

I think if someone was going to grease the skids with the FL Supreme Court, they'd do it with overseas bank accounts, or that old-fashioned method, cash.

'Course, some of the payoff would probably be promises of future benefits, for appointments, etc. There are many ways to skin that cat, and you have Mayor Daley's son and other graft luminaries working this scam.

And, don't forget ... different people have different motivations. Some of those FL justices are party hacks - remember some of their comments / questions? They'll probably be happy just advancing the 'cause'. Others may have required more expensive incentives.

Outrageous? I no longer think so. Considering what we have seen come from Democrats / liberals in the last few years? Please. Their ends justify their means.

If you don't think it can happen, check out the book by Berry and Alexander, Justice for Sale, about our Supreme Court scandal here in Oklahoma, when several judges were taking cash for decisions. According to older lawyers I know, there were certain law firms who you could hire who had the direct connection. Some of the decisions rendered back at that time (1960s) make no sense whatsoever when you read them unless you know about this.
