Talk to me. I will get one, but how. I'm from Massachusetts. Anything is possible and they do authorize them, who has experience?

Contact your local BATF office and request the proper forms. If you meet all of the qualifications you will be issued an SOT.

If you just wish to purchase a class three weapon, a class three license is not required federally, state mandates notwithstanding. A class three weapon may be purchased with just a tax stamp.
