I have noticed on gun forums that most are consumed by the thought of Civil insurrection . Stockpiling Ammo and guns. I am asking my fellow forum brothers and sisters what there reason's are for doing so ?

"most"? I think that's a bold statement which needs to be backed up by references to studies or links to the forums in question for further review. Maybe also ask the folks on those forums where this is prevalent...

It's inaccurate to say we're "consumed by the thought of Civil insurrection." Furthermore, SHTF/TEOTWAKI threads are precluded by forum rules.
