cimarron vs. uberti

I am considering a new Colt 1847 Walker to burn large quantities of blackpowder. The Cimarron model has a nice finish, but is that all it has over the Uberti version? My Dad has a Navy Arms Remington and its nice. Is Cimarron worth all the money?

In my experience, Cimarron and Navy Arms are the best that Uberti puts out.

I knew that Uberti made guns for Navy Arms, but I did not know that was the case for Cimarron.

My Cimarron Model P was made by Uberti.

cimmaron is a good company. They actually keep spare parts for the guns they sell. I've laid in supplies of navy and 31 pocket pistol parts and they even filled an order of paterson parts for me.
