Looks like a blackpowder frame. That's not the screw right there under the base pin itself?

Yep, black powder frame. Screw holds the pin.

10-4...There IS a screw underneath the base pin...will I need a special screwdriver to remove it?!

No. Just make sure it's a good fit.

My Uberti Flat Top came with an oversized, knurled head screw for removal without a screwdriver. Handy, but unsightly, and I replaced it ASAP. No sooner was it out than someone put dibs on it.
