Chrony Fun

I finally bought a chrony last fall. Was curious what I would get out my 44 magnum Super Blackhawk "Sweet 16"

1816fps was the avg for a cylinder full of 180gr factory Rem.

This was exactly what I guesstimated based on barrel length charts.

That's comparable to the speed out of a rifle.
Too bad a shoulder stock can't be added to your revolver without a lot of hassle.
That would be cool.

22 grains of 2400 under a 240 JHP clocks 1980 from my 16" Trapper.

A bullet weighing 25& less going 160 FPS slower sounds like a pretty mild loading.
