I chrono'd the following ammo out of my wife's G27 and my G22. Temp was 58F:
155gr ST = 1098fps G27, 1189fps G22
155gr HS = 1031fps G27, 1105fps G22
155gr GD = 1107fps G27, 1201fps G22
150gr Corbon = 1158fps G27, 1233fps G22
135gr Corbon = 1239fps G27, 1326fps G22
Corbon is the hottest by far. The 155 GD is good for widely-available ammo however alot of gelatin data suggests the round does not open up real good after going through clothing. 155 ST is also good. The Federal load was a disappointment. I order some Georgia Arms 155gr GD @ 1300fps that I'll chrono soon. I'd also like to get some 155gr remington to test.
